European Cup Winter Throwing event

In the absence of Goldie sayers through injury, Mervyn Luckwell and James Campbell were flying the flag for Great Britain & NI. Throws of 74.86m and 69.99m placed them 3rd and 7th in their respective competitions. For the IAAF wrtie up and full results from this event click on the LINK.

Luckwell Remains 2nd In World List

At this early stage of the season, Mervyn Luckwell remains second in the world list with his phenomenal new personal best of 81.05m set in Compiègne, France last weekend. He is marginally behind Russia's Aleksey Tovarnov with 81.21m. For the full list, please click the LINK.
